Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Partner (Closing Role) to lead from the front — someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can close deals, coach others, and help shape the go-to-market strategy for our fast-evolving SaaS product and services.

ROLE
As a Sales Development Partner, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to negotiation to deal closure, across multiple product lines. You’ll work with our SDR team to build a pipeline, guide potential clients through PoC discussions, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Funnel Sales Execution:
- Drive new business across our SaaS and staff augmentation services.
- Own prospect conversations from the first meeting to the final signature.
Enterprise-Level Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrate ROI, lead proof of concepts, and build trust with complex stakeholders.
Team Enablement & Leadership:
- Guide a small team reporting to you.
- Share feedback loops with product, engineering and SDRs to improve GTM efforts.
Strategic Sales Thinking:
- Analyze sales metrics and evolve pipeline strategy.
- Navigate long sales cycles with a high-touch, consultative approach.
Product Evangelism:
- Partner with our engineering team to shape the SaaS product.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally, influencing roadmap direction.
International Travel:
- Travel internationally (~20%) to meet customers and prospects in person.
- Strengthen relationships and accelerate closures through face-to-face interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in a closing role (preferably SaaS or B2B tech).
Proven success in managing full sales cycles, especially with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Experience handling both short-cycle staffing sales and longer-cycle SaaS sales.
Ability to conduct deep discovery, present business cases, and lead value-based negotiations.
Experience in South African markets is a bonus.
Prior experience interfacing with C-level executives.
Strong CRM hygiene, excellent communication skills, and a knack for strategic storytelling.
Self-starter mentality with a track record of exceeding targets in dynamic, fast-paced teams.
Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
Holding a valid passport
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Lemlist or other sales enablement and AI tools.
Strong understanding of either SaaS GTM models or staffing sales frameworks.
