Job Description

We (Copious Software) are looking for a Junior/Intern IT Recruiter who could assist us with our daily challenges of making peoples career dreams come true.


Role & Responsibility -

  • Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work in a timely manner.
  • Present candidates to Account Manager and/or Hiring Manager, coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure a high level of data administration with our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full lifecycle responsibilities.
  • Source a pipeline of technical candidates from our internal database, social media, job boards, networking, referrals and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
  • Master applicant tracking software and navigate efficiently through internal systems.

Other skills required -

  • Problem-solver and pro-actively address roadblocks.
  • Some knowledge of recruitment processes would be beneficial.
  • Positive attitude towards learning new things and growing as an individual. 
  • Go-getter, Result oriented, Creative & Innovative approach.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Better time management & Stress management.
  • Professional Communication (written, verbal/presenting and listening).
  • Passion to learn technology & techniques to manage your work pipeline effectively & smartly.

Qualifications

Awards & Certifications -

  • Recruitment/HR related Degree or Diploma or currently pursuing studies in this field.

Additional Information

Employment type -

  • Our preferred methods of employment is a start-up 3 months contract and then extending the contract to a permanent employment.

Remuneration – 

  • Negotiable.
