ROLE
We’re looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team and ensure high-quality product delivery.
You’ll work closely with developers to identify issues and improve performance. The role involves manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about quality, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in analysing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create clear, testable scenarios.
Design and execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Identify, log, track, and manage defects with appropriate severity and priority.
Validate data accuracy across workflows and integrations.
Test evolving SaaS products with a strong focus on user experience and quality.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams during sprint and release cycles.
Take ownership of quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and APIs.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and GitLab CI.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based delivery.
Hands-on experience with manual testing and structured test case design.
Proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA.
Experience in SaaS product testing with a user-focused mindset.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress (web), Espresso (Android), XCUITest (iOS).
Experience in API/backend testing (e.g., Sybase or similar tools).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated test execution.
Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and learning agility skills.
QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a similar degree.
Relevant Tech Stack Certifications are advantageous.
