Copious is looking to hire an enthusiastic & passionate International Inside Sales & BD specialist to join our team and be responsible for grabbing buyers’ attention through lead generation & nurturing. 

Place of work: – Noida/Patna. Until we do not go to the office, it can hybrid working setup. Must be available to travel domestically or internationally if required.  

 What you will be doing 

  • Building a healthy sales funnel - generating leads via cold calling, emailing & other lead generation activities. 
  • Participating & creating different marketing activities to support lead generation including social media and content marketing. 
  • Ensuring all leads are qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and by understanding their pain points/challenges. 
  • Working closely with a feet-on-street team with the objective of converting leads to customers. 
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation system (NetSuite). 
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as agreed with the business. 

What you should have 

  • A Master's or Diploma in Sales, Marketing & IT, or a related degree. 
  • Work experience in an international role would be preferred. Having experience in the African region would be an advantage.
  • Work experience in software services OR consulting & implementation services industry would be advantageous. 
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment. 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude to research and utilize available resources for problem-solving. 
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms (CRM, social media, Built With, SEO tool, etc.). 
  • Serious ownership & self-learning initiatives.
